How the pc world changes?

well, the pc world can change on many differant things like people finding out our world then telling all there friends.
Another one would be the time limit, if the world is doing perfect and nothing is going wrong we set a time limit for the world to change..
the time limit is 2 hours! - if you don't feel this time limit is good for you please, help me help you and tell me
